The Basics

  1. This is a monthly maintenance subscription, billed monthly.
  2. To cancel the subscription, please submit your request via e-mail.
  3. Please allow us 48 hours before your scheduled billing date in order to process your cancellation.

Communication

  1. We offer support via requests made through your WordPress Dashboard, and by e-mailing us at [email protected].
  2. We will respond to development requests in the order they are received, and will try our best to respond within 24 hours.
  3. We will do our best to schedule WordPress updates during off-peak hours. In the event a critical update is needed, we will send out a notification via e-mail so you may prepare accordingly.
  4. At the end of the month, we will compile your Monthly Report of services tendered, and send via e-mail.

Fine Print

  1. You agree to indemnify and hold High Note Designs, LLC harmless against losses and expenses related to your nature of your website, including (but not limited to): traffic fluctuations, ad revenue, malware infections due to user negligence, and search engine rank.
  2. This service does not include malware removal. We continuously monitor customer sites using ongoing security scans by our partner, Sucuri Security. Common issues are also manually checked whenever relevant. Unfortunately, even with proactive monitoring, no one can catch every security issue. In the event a security issue does occur, our goal is to respond immediately within business hours.
  3. If you believe your site has been compromised, contact us immediately with the subject line “My site was hacked.” We will work with you to mitigate the most pressing concerns until we have a plan of action to address the malware, and can apply development hours towards the situation.
